M.J. Yablonovsky Services Friday

Girard - Services will be 9:30 a.m. Friday at the Stewart-Kyle Funeral Home and 10 a.m. in St. Patricks Church, both in Hubbard, for Mark J. Yablionovsky, 31, of 1541 Edward St., who died of a brain tumor at 9:20 p.m. Monday, May 31st, in American International Hospital, Zion, Ill. 

     Mr. Yablonovsky was born September 22, 1950 in Youngstown, a son of Martin and Helen Rezelj Yablonovsky, and had lived in Hubbard most of his life before moving to Girard nine months ago. He worked for RMI Co. in Niles the past four years, and had previously been a welder for ten years for the former Youngstown Sheet & Tube Co.

     A 1970 graduate of Ursuline High School in Youngstown, Mr. Yablonovsky had served with the Army in Vietnam from 1970 to 1972. He was a member of St. Rose Church here and Knights of Columbus Council 2072 in Hubbard.

     Besides his wife, the former Nancy Zimmerman, whom he married June 16, 1981, he leaves his parents of Hubbard, a daughter, Miss Jacquelyn Marie of Hubbard, two sons, Shaun Michael at home and Mark Jarrod of Hubbard, three brothers, Joseph and Dr. Gregory, both of Toledo, and Dr. Martin of Placerville, Calif, and seven sisters, Mrs. Paula Wozniak, Mrs. Mary Jo Orr and Misses Agnes, Nancy and Carol Yablonovsky, all of Hubbard, Mrs. Judy Scenna of Mineral Ridge, and Mrs. Marcia Neiss of Niles.

     Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
