After more than 45 years as a writer, journalist, educator, and nearly two decades as a professor in the Department of English at the Rochester Institute of Technology, I retired on Aug. 21, 2012. Despite the pandemic, I still write speak and teach online at Valencia College. Because of health concerns, travel and lectures have gone the way of the buggy whip. My latest stories are featured in a variety of anthologies.
